Both apartments are fully independent with separate entrances. Can be rented individually or together for larger groups (up to 8 total).
Location and surroundings
Istria is Croatia’s quieter peninsula. Less crowded than the Dalmatian coast, more authentic than the tourist hotspots. Vineyards, olive groves, medieval hilltop towns, and a coastline that hasn’t been overdeveloped. It’s where locals vacation, and where travelers come when they’re done with the Instagram version of Croatia.

The apartments are in a quiet residential area. To put it bluntly: you’ll hear birds in the morning, not traffic. Close enough to reach the coast quickly, just far enough to escape summer crowds.
